‘Flat Plate’ is an elegant and sturdy object made from sand-cast aluminum. The base fits any candle size and is presented in a collectible handmade box from the marbled papers of celebrated paper artist, Jemma Lewis.
‘Flat Plate’ is part of a collection of candle holders and candelabras manufactured at small foundries in the UK. Each batch is made in small production runs using traditional manufacturing techniques such as sand-casting and lost-wax casting .
