Orders, Shipping, & Returns

Here are our policies and information on receiving or returning your online shop orders:
General Return/Exchange Policy (Online Shop)
For online purchases, requests for returns or exchanges will be accepted within 48 hours of package delivery. Please email email@example.com with your order information. Returned items must be in like-new condition with original packaging and must arrive to our shop within 14 days of your request being approved.
Shipping charges from original purchase are non-refundable. The shipping cost to return items are the financial responsibility of the customer (tracking and insurance encouraged, as we are not liable for missing or damaged returned packages)
Expected Delivery Times
Our shipping costs are based on the usual First-Class or Priority Mail rates with USPS and UPS for the weight of your order. While delivery times can vary, here are the general expected times (in addition to the 1-2 days we need to pack your shipment once order is placed):
Orders within WA state: ~1-3 business days
Orders to the West Coast: ~2-4 business days
Orders to the Midwest: ~3-5 business days
Orders to East Coast: ~4-8 business days

Note: Once packages are given to the post, we are not responsible for missing packages or late deliveries. However, you will be provided with a tracking number that can be used to follow up with the postal service.
Oh no! My order got damaged/broke during shipping:
Our team does everything possible to avoid this scenario, using our eco-friendly and padded packing materials. However, if an item in your order arrives to you broken or damaged, we will be happy to assist you in facilitating a refund or an exchange when possible. Please email email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of your damaged item(s) and your original order information.
Where do we ship?
Currently, Woodland Mod is only shipping within the United States through our website.
For international orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with "International Order Request" in the subject. We are happy to discuss shipping options and pricing!
Return/Exchange Policy (In-Store)
In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase (with proof of receipt or original credit card made with purchase). After 10 days, you are eligible for store-credit. After 30 days of purchase, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

In-Store Pick Up
We happily offer in-store pick up for all of our online shop orders. Some items, like furniture, may be in-store pick up only. When you check out, select "In-store pick up".
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive prior to being notified! We strive to get online orders ready for pickup within 24-48 hours of purchase. This is subject to change depending on Holidays, staff availability, or a change in store hours. If there is a delay in getting your order ready, we will contact you!
When notified, please come to pick up your items at our store location 5330 Ballard Ave NW, Seattle WA 98107 during standard business hours. Please inform our Retail Associates that you are here to pick up your online order.
We will hold your online order for in-store pick up for a maximum of 30 days after you have been notified that your order is ready. After 30 days without pick up, you will be issued a refund and the ordered items will be re-added to our stock.
