The incredible quality of the chocolate sourced from Valrhona, in Tain L’Hermitage, France, and Republica del Cacao with expertise in South and Central American origins, provides the perfect canvas for these creations. Utilizing these couvetures, they mix in and blend Japanese flavors such as matcha, sesame and miso into luscious chocolate bars.
