Madagascar 70%: Heaven. Can we say that? Yes? Heaven. The flavor-packed Madagascar cacao with a generous sprinkling of crunchy, tasty salt.
Belize 70%: A hint of fruity, salty, and crunchy. The salt adds a little sweetness to the mildly fruity Belize cacao while the nibs add a little toasted chocolatey crunch.
70% Belize with Bourbon: Subtle hints of fruit from the Belize cacao then a punch of bourbon to finish it off. The bourbon starts off slow and builds very nicely.
85% Columbia: You like it dark, fudgy, and maybe mysterious. You enjoy spelunking and stargazing. You like it less sweet.
70% Uganda w/ Bee Pollen: Floral, salty, and fudgy. The salt adds a little sweetness to the mildly fudgy Uganda cacao while the bee pollen adds a beautiful, bright, floral twist.
58% Colombia Dark Oat Milk: A creamy, dark milk but without any actual milk. The Colombia beans have a wonderfully smooth, classic dark chocolate taste.
70% Belize: A hint of fruit blended with classic chocolate notes. Each flavor note on its own is subtle, but when combined, the overall flavor profile is quite powerful.
58% Madagascar Dark Milk: Sweet, divine, malted, and milky-milk chocolate with hints of caramel.
