There’s no better way to describe them than mini, because that’s what they are, but that shouldn’t belittle them in any way - these forged secateurs are absolutely perfect for flower arranging, greenhouse and ‘back pocket’ jobs where one doesn’t always need or want larger pruners.
Leather leggings add a touch of natural character, as well as grip, and will age nicely.
Care tips: Avoid cutting wire, metal, stone, plastic or any other hard material (even bamboo fibres and some very hard woods, especially knots and burrs, can damage steel edges). Do not twist or apply uneven pressure. Remove leaf resin, rust and gunk with a Crean Mate and water. Dry, wipe over with Camellia oil and store in a dry place to avoid excess rusting. Carbon Steel will rust with use over time, so proper care is important for long-term use! Sharpen Secateurs every couple of weeks or more for maintained sharpness.
