Georg is a collection of functional furniture and accessories made from a warm mix of Nordic sensuality and Japanese minimalism. Designed in collaboration with Nordic designer, Chris Liljenberg Halstrøm. A functional and specially crafted shoehorn perfect for making leaving the house just a touch easier. The practical Georg Shoehorn is created from a round piece of oak and is characterized by a minimalist, Nordic expression – just like the rest of the Georg Series. With a leather cord attached on the top, Georg shoehorn hangs beautifully in the hallway and waits for the next pair of shoes to be taken off. The Shoehorn is made of FSC-certified oak.
The designer: With a Swedish mother and Danish father, furniture designer Chris Liljenberg Halstrøm’s Nordic roots shine through in her minimalistic approach and use of natural materials like wood, leather and wool. The winner of multiple design awards, for Halstrøm, function is the starting point and dictates the idiom of her beautiful designs.
