Sophie Alda is an artist, designer, maker, and facilitator working with the production and development of objects that explore the relationship between the functional, the sculptural, and the narratively suggestive — approaching materiality and tactility in a playful way. She is a founding member of Clay Collective, a workshop co-operative based in Hackney, London.
