These mugs are hand thrown of speckled stoneware clay and each one is individually decorated by hand, using stoneware slips. All pieces are high-fired in an electric kiln. They are glazed with a transparent glaze (this one only inside).
Some of the ceramic pieces are unglazed from the outside and decorated by various stoneware slips. In August Company, based in Prague, revel in the beauty of pale colors, simple form, and the natural structure of the materials we work with.
